We will publish people, policies, and filings when they exist. We will not publish a board, a 990, or an annual report we have not produced.
What is true now
The institution is in formation.
Infinity Gives is not soliciting charitable contributions. Nothing on this site represents tax-deductible giving. We develop first work through direct partnership — not through an open grant window.
Independence, conflicts, and related-party questions already live in how we choose work. A company in the Infinity Ecosystem clears the same filter as a community organization: need, what we add, measurement, and integrity.
The five tests and the initiative filter are the first public instruments of governance. They exist before a relationship is convenient.

Conflicts of interest, related-party transactions, ethics, document retention, and how an initiative is approved.

Determination letter, Form 990, audited statements, and allocation — when counsel and the filings exist.

What we tried, what changed, what did not, and what someone else could use. Annual reporting follows completed work.
Legal status
Until formation is complete and counsel says otherwise, treat every public claim as institutional intent — not as a solicitation, and not as a tax result.
